What is polyurea coating?

Flexibility	Weak flexiblity, Easily Scratch, cracking or delaminating under external impact or temperture change; the lower the temperature, the poor the Flexibility of polyurea flooring	Good impact resistance and flexibility, effective crack resistance of concrete; good scratch resistcance and wear resisitance; keep good flexibility and not delaminate under high hardness.

Skid Resistance	Poor skid resistance since the surface of polyurea flooring is hard and glossy, thus it is easy to slip or fall on it; appear slippage when braking or turning the corner, tire friction noise is frequently occured.	Polyurea coating has a good performance of skid resistance, can form micro ball non-skid surface through simple roller construction, this surface has a founction of skid resistance and weaken the brightness.

Overall Strength	Add a lot of filling powder in self leveling layer to lower cost which can hardly keep quality; performance weaker after resin molded, strength of self leveling layer is weak, easily corrosion and falling off.	MMA self leveling resin has a high strength that far exceed flooring requirement; it also has a characteristic of high adhesion and fast curing, and can adjust the speed of curing.

Construction	Curing slow, construction period is long and limited to temperature, the minimum construction temperature need to above 10 centigrade degree.	Good adhesion, curing fast, does not sagging, little influence by temperature or humidity for construction, can curing in 3 hours which can shorten the construction period.
